Accepting these terms
By creating an Avenua account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Respect other users and the communities you share with.
Your content
You keep ownership of the experiences and materials you create. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and share them. See the User Content & Copyright Policy.
Service availability
Avenua is provided on an “as is” basis while in development. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Avenua at any time and delete your account from Account Settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will update the version and effective date when we do.
